Digerank aims to deliver high-quality digital and SEO services. However, due to the nature of digital work, refunds are handled under strict guidelines.


1. Overview

By purchasing any service from Digerank, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • SEO monthly packages

  • SEO audit reports

  • Keyword research

  • Technical SEO work

  • Website speed optimization

  • Custom WordPress services after initial delivery

  • Any service once work has started

Digital services consume time, tools, and resources; therefore refunds cannot be issued once work begins.


3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be approved in these rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Wrong amount charged

  • Payment received, but service not initiated by our team

  • A genuine billing error caused by Digerank


4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Send an email to info@digerank.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Contact number

  • Invoice or transaction ID

  • Reason for refund

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.


5. Service Cancellation

You may cancel a service only if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • Cancellation request is received within the first 12 hours of payment

Once work begins, cancellation and refunds are not allowed.
